Four years ago, we took a leap, starting a small real estate business with a big commitment: to help people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Since then, we’ve had the honor of helping clients move into and out of Iowa, buy their first homes, sell their family homes, close chapters, and begin new ones. We’ve stood beside people as they said goodbye to the places they grew up in, navigated loss, downsized or upsized, or found the courage to chase something new. Every client, every transaction … it’s personal to us.

Let’s be honest: Running a business isn’t without challenges. The real estate world has changed over the past few years, and 2024 marked a 30-year low for home sales nationwide. We've felt those challenges firsthand. We’ve had to grow, adapt, and dig deep. And we have. Because we’re not in this for the short game, we’re here for the long haul.

We’ve learned more than we ever thought possible, not just about contracts and closings but also about resilience, communication, community, and the value of simply showing up when it counts.
