Summer 2025 Update from Kris & Joni

As summer winds down, we just want to take a moment to say thank you. This season has been full of sunshine, laughter, community, and thanks to you, lots of new memories made. From helping clients step into new chapters to reconnecting with familiar faces, we’re so grateful to be a part of it all.

We’ve also taken some time to soak up Iowa summer, whether it was catching an Iowa Cubs game (fireworks included!), going to the Iowa State Fair (and eating all the good food, of course!) or watching the sky fill with color at the National Balloon Fest. These moments remind us why we love calling Iowa home.

To our current clients, thank you for trusting us. To our past clients, we’re always here when you need us, whether it’s questions about the market, advice on your home, or just catching up. And to our friends and family, thank you for the referrals, encouragement, and love.
